On Thursday 20 May, the Government adopted the Report on Internal Security and submitted it to Parliament for consideration. The objective of the Report is that Finland will be an even safer country for all people and population groups in the future.

Juho Saari to investigate the security of marginalised groups in Finland

The Ministry of the Interior has appointed a rapporteur to produce policy recommendations aiming to prevent the increase in inequality and insecurity in society caused by the coronavirus epidemic. The Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Tampere, Professor Juho Saari, has been invited to the position.
