Av översikten som är en granskning av 2017 framgår att över hälften av de brottsmisstankar som kom till polisens kännedom och som misstänktes ha ett extremistiskt motiv gällde den våldsamma extremhögern.

    13.4.2018 | Finlands nya nationella handlingsplan för ”Kvinnor, fred och säkerhet” offentliggjordes fredagen den 13 april. Det är Finlands tredje handlingsplan och den gäller åren 2018–2021. Handlingsplanens syfte är att Finland ska agera effektivt för att få till stånd hållbar fred genom att stärka kvinnornas deltagande.

    29.1.2018 | The Action Plan titled ‘A Safe and Secure Life for the Elderly’ that was published in 2011 has now been updated. Finland’s population is getting older, and in 2030, more than one out of every four people in the country will be over 65. The feeling of insecurity among the elderly is caused by loneliness and insufficient outside assistance. Elderly people are also faced with an increasing number of new security threats, such as online and other types of fraud.
