1.11.2021 | Sammanlagt 17 projekt finansieras genom den sista ansökningsomgången för asyl-, migrations- och integrationsfonden (AMIF) under programperioden 2014–2020. Ansökningsomgången ordnades i maj. Projekten beviljas EU-stöd för sammanlagt cirka 7,5 miljoner euro. 11.10.2019 | Suomen EU-puheenjohtajuuskaudella järjestettiin Euroopan unionin neuvoston lainvalvontatyöryhmän (LEWP) neljän alatyöryhmän yhteiskokous 7.-8.10. Finlandia-talolla Helsingissä. 21.3.2019 | Finland har svarat på biståndsbegäran som kommit via FN:s kontor för samordning av humanitära frågor och Europeiska unionens civilskyddsmekanism genom att sända experthjälp till Moçambique. Inrikesministeriet har beslutat att sända en finländsk ICT-specialist till Moçambique för att bistå i återuppbyggandet av datakommunikationerna. 12.11.2021 | At the initiative of the Ministry of the Interior, the Finnish Government commissioned a study examining the types of complementary pathways for legal migration available in different countries for use by people in need of international protection. The focus of the study was on labour-based and study-based complementary pathways. 17.10.2019 | Inrikesminister Maria Ohisalo bjöd in representanter för organisationer och myndigheter för att diskutera hedersrelaterat våld och begränsning av flickors liv den 17 oktober. Det har redan gjorts mycket för att förebygga hedersrelaterat våld, men det är nödvändigt att fortsätta arbetet.
