  2. Ukrainska flyktingar erbjuds möjlighet att flytta från Estland till Finland - Inrikesministeriet

    22.12.2022 | Estland har tagit emot ett betydande antal ukrainska flyktingar i förhållande till landets storlek, och det lokala mottagningssystemet belastas. För att avhjälpa flyktingarnas situation erbjuder Finland och Estland dem som är intresserade en möjlighet att åka med grupptransporter till Finland. Beredning av frågan har inletts på Estlands begäran och den sker i samarbete med myndigheterna i Estland och Finland.

  3. Flight carrying people evacuated from Afghanistan has arrived in Finland - Ministry of the Interior

    23.8.2021 | Finland arranged a flight from Tbilisi to Helsinki on 23 August as part of the evacuations from Afghanistan. A total of 102 persons arrived in Finland on the flight. The youngest arrivals are small children.

  5. Changes to restrictions on entry into the country - Ministry of the Interior

    11.2.2021 | On 11 February, the Government decided to change certain entry restrictions, which will take effect from 15 February. Because the coronavirus situation in Iceland has improved, Finland will no longer restrict entry from Iceland. In contrast, entry restrictions will again apply to residents of Rwanda arriving from Rwanda. In addition, the opening hours of certain border crossing points on the western border in Lapland and the eastern border will be limited.

Direktivet gäller särskilt informations- och kommunikationstekniska produkter och tjänster. Lagstiftningen börjar tillämpas under 2025.

  7. Draft bill on terrorist content online sent out for comments - Ministry of the Interior

    11.4.2022 | The Ministry of the Interior has sent out for comments a draft bill which lays down provisions on the authorities competent to counter terrorist content online. The proposal is related to the EU Regulation which aims to improve detection and removal of online content that incites to terrorist acts. The deadline for submitting comments on the proposal is 25 May 2022.
