Flags to be flown in Helsinki on 17 October for visit of President of Kazakhstan

The Ministry of the Interior recommends that the national flag be flown in Helsinki on Wednesday 17 October 2018 for the state visit of Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The flags are to be raised at 8.00 in the morning and lowered at sunset.

The Ministry of the Interior has decided that government agencies and public bodies in Helsinki will observe these flag flying arrangements on that day.
