Flags at half mast due to the incident in Turku
Following the tragic events in the City of Turku that shocked the entire nation, the Ministry of the Interior of Finland has decided that government agencies and public bodies will fly flags at half mast on Saturday 19 August 2017. Flags are to be flown at half mast until at 21.00.
It is recommended that the flag flying arrangements be observed throughout the country.
