Projektets syfte och uppgift är att utarbeta en regeringsproposition om att lägga till möjligheten att göra förfrågningar om kontotransaktioner i systemet för övervakning av bank- och betalkonton. Avsikten är att regeringens proposition kan lämnas till riksdagen under vårsessionen 2025.

14.8.2025 | Myndigheternas förfrågningar om kontotransaktions- och saldouppgifter och uppgifter om värdepapper centraliseras till övervakningssystemet för bank- och betalkonton. Regeringen föreslog den 14 augusti att de lagändringar som gäller bankförfrågningar ska stadfästas. Avsikten är att republikens president ska stadfästa ändringarna den 15 augusti och att de ska träda i kraft den 1 december 2025.

12.6.2025 | The Finnish Government proposes that the President of the Republic approve the Act on the Protection of Infrastructure Critical to Society and on the Improvement of Resilience on 13 June. In accordance with the Government Programme, the act will strengthen national security and the resilience of our society. The act is scheduled to enter into force on 1 July 2025.
